Volunteers, if possible, please arrive by 3pm. 

We will prepare the sites the weekend before and will ask for volunteers. Details to follow. 

Contest Date:    Monday, September 22, 2025

Time:   Registration – 4:00pm – 4:30pm

            Contests Start – 4:30pm

Place:  BCJLS Show Grounds, 7701 FM 1346, San Antonio, TX, 78220

Fee:     $15.00 per contest. NO LIMIT on number of contests each contestant can enter. Payments are made through Judging Card.

Food:   A FREE meal & drink will be provided to students and sponsors. Food will be served from 4pm until the conclusion of the contest.

Teams will meet and register at the BCJLS Show Grounds next to Martinez Hall. After registration, teams will be escorted to the sites of their contest.

Jason Marek will be putting on the officials for this contest.

State rules and regulations will govern the contest.

Scantrons will be used to score. SCANTRONS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED!

Awards will be given to the top 3 contestants.
