Exhibitor Thank-You Note Turn-In

Thank-you notes are due Feb 17, 2026, from 6:30pm – 8pm at the BCJLS office. From the BCJLS Auction Rules:
A. The exhibitor’s thank you letter(s) to their buyer(s) must be submitted to Board of Director representative on the 3rd Tuesday of February from 6:30 PM till 8:00 PM at the BCJLS office at 7701 FM 1346, and must include ALL contributors on the provided thank you list, including belt buckle sponsors. Each letter must be ready to be mailed in an addressed, stamped, and sealed envelope. Exhibitors should use their own return address on the envelope.
Anyone may drop off letters for the exhibitor, but exhibitors, not the courier, are responsible for meeting the requirements.
Checks will be distributed later. The date will be announced later.
