Buyer Registration

Buyer registration is open! ALL buyers MUST be registered in ShoWorks! Many of our previous buyers are already loaded in the ShoWorks auction system.  

1. Go to https://bexar.fairwire.com to see if you are  already registered.  

2. Click “Sign In”

3. Look for your buyer name in the alphabetical drop-down list. 

4. If your buyer name appears, log in using the email you used last year. 

5. If you forgot your password, select “Forgot Password”. BCJLS does not have a list of passwords nor can we reset your password. Use the on-line password reset feature as needed. 

6. If your buyer name does NOT appear, click “Register”, then select “Buyer” and complete the registration process. 

Add-Ons

Buyers, you may still give add-ons to the kids online in ShoWorks or by printing and submitting a paper add-on form. Add-ons should be a minimum of $25 each. 

All add-on payments are due at the time of submission, either paid on-line in ShoWorks or by mailing a check with the paper add-on form. 

You may log back into ShoWorks at anytime to view and print receipts.

Live Auction

Live auction buyers commit to a $500 minimum spend. Live bids, online bids, and add-ons count towards the $500 total. 

Live auction buyers will receive wristbands with access to the buyer’s area, free food, and free drinks. 

Live auction bids must be a minimum of $100 each. 

We appreciate prompt payment. Unpaid accounts will be billed within 30 days.
