It’s chicken time! All orders AND PAYMENT are due at 11:59pm on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. 

The broiler show is Sunday, 12/29/2024, at 12pm at the BCJLS grounds. 

Exhibitors will pick-up their broiler chicks at the BCJLS grounds (7701 FM 1346, SATX, 78220) on Friday, November 15, 2024 between 2pm – 5pm. We HIGHLY suggest you pick-up your birds as early as possible and get them to feed, water, and warmth.   

Each exhibitor may order 1 or 2 boxes of 25 birds per box (total of 25 or 50 birds per exhibitor). Birds are $50 per box of 25 birds.

Birds can be family validated. If you family validate, all eligible kids living in your household can share birds, BUT you are limited to 50 birds for the entire family. If you family validate, meaning all your kids will share either 25 or 50 birds, complete this form one time. Use one child’s name as the exhibitor and list siblings where prompted below.  

If you are not family validating, meaning you want each of your kids to have their own set of 25 or 50 birds, no sharing or mixing with siblings, then complete a separate entry form for each child. 

THIS IS NOT THE BROILER SHOW ENTRY FORM. This form only allows you to buy broiler chicks for the show. This form DOES NOT enter you in the broiler show. All exhibitors must complete the BCJLS paper AND electronic entries and pay a broiler show entry fee of $25 per exhibitor. Entries will open later. 

PAYMENT is collected electronically. There will be a link to payment when you submit the form. Orders are not complete until they are paid. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled. No exceptions.
