BCJLS Exhibitor Thank-You Letters Turn-In
February 20 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm
ALL exhibitors must turn in their thank-you notes to their buyers between 6:30pm and 8pm on February 20, 2024 at our office. One person may turn in letters for multiple exhibitors but the exhibitors are ultimately responsible for the letters being turned-in on time with a self-addressed, stamped, and sealed envelope. The envelope MUST include the exhibitor’s name and return address.
BCJLS Auction Exhibitor Rule #12:
a. The exhibitor’s thank you letter(s) to their buyer(s) must be submitted to Board of Director representative on the 3rd Tuesday of February from 6:30 PM till 8:00 PM at the BCJLS office at 7701 FM 1346, and must include ALL contributors on the provided thank you list, including belt buckle sponsors. Each letter must be ready to be mailed with an addressed, stamped, and sealed envelope.
b. In the event the exhibitor’s letter(s) is not provided on the 3rd Tuesday in February, a 10% penalty fee will be deducted from the exhibitor’s check. The fees will be used to fund scholarships. If the exhibitor’s letters are not received by March 1, the sale of the animal will be voided.
