New in 2023, the BCJLS will select Ambassadors to work with our Board, volunteers, exhibitors, and judges to help make a quality show. Ambassadors may be assigned any job at the show. This is a great way to demonstrate and develop your leadership skills. Ambassadors are expected to attend the Show on assigned days and may NOT work on a day they themselves are exhibiting an entry. Ambassadors will be recognized at the BCJLS Auction of Champions.

Requirements

Must be in the 9^th – 12^th grades at the time of the Show.

Only bona fide Bexar County FFA or Bexar County 4-H members are eligible to participate.

Must be in good academic standing (see BCJLS General Show Rule 11).

Must be in good standing with their FFA chapter or 4-H club.

Selection Process

The BCJLS Ambassador Committee will review applications and select applicants to be interviewed by the Board.

Dress Code

BCJLS Ambassadors will wear a vest provided by BCJLS over a long sleeve white shirt.
