We need exhibitors, families, ambassadors, and board members to help us clean up. Since the auction will be at our grounds this year, we have to tear the arena down completely and set-up for the auction. We will work until we are

It's Auction time! For the first time, we will have the auction on the BCJLS property. We will have enclosed tents with heaters, tables, and chairs. Still, dress warm and in layers if it is cold. 

The party's over and now we clean up! Times to be finalized. All BOD members, exhibitors, and Ambassadors are encouraged to help. Thank you!
